Life Is Better With Freedom
LIBERTY LOST AND THE ROAD BACK
PRINCIPLES OF FREEDOM:
1 - All people are created equal.
2 - All people have individual rights.
3 - Interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, theft, and threats.
4 - We have the right to seek leaders for ourselves but we have no right to force rulers on others.
5 - We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us.
NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT:
1 - No one has the right to harm you.
2 - No one has the right to threaten you.
3 - No one has the right to steal from you.
4 - No one has the right to violate your freedom.
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS:
1 - The right to liberty - You can do what we want, as long as we do not violate the freedom of others.
2 - The right to self-defense - We have the right to defend our Life, our Liberty, and our Property.
3 - The right to self-ownership - We own ourselves. No one can claim even partial ownership over you without violating your freedom.
4 - The right to free speech - We can communicate our opinions and ideas without fear of government retaliation or censorship.
5 - The right to privacy - No one has the right to violate our privacy.
Any law that violates our rights is null and void. Anyone that violates our rights is a criminal.
FREEDOM:
Freedom is the ability to exercise your will within your individual rights without the threat of force from anyone else.
If somebody is forcing their will on us, clearly, we are not free. A violation of freedom is an attack on a person by harming them, stealing from them, threatening them, or violating there individual rights. Freedom is not just an ideal state of society, but a moral code for respecting the individual rights of others.
Because you own yourself, it is wrong for someone to initiate force against you or your property. Acceptance of this simple fact is the foundation of a free and peaceful society. This universal nonaggression principle applies to everyone, and it is therefore wrong for someone to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your individual rights.
INTERACTIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE:
Should interactions between people be voluntary?
Should interactions between people be free of force, fraud, theft, and threats?
SELF-OWNERSHIP:
You own yourself. No one can claim even partial ownership over you without violating your rights. Self-ownership means not only that you own yourself, but everyone owns themselves. The best way to ensure respect for our self-ownership is to respect the rights of others. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.
DO YOU OWN YOURSELF:
Does anyone have the right to claim ownership over you?
Do you own yourself or is someone else your master?
COGNITIVE DISSONANCE:
Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are presented with the evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that does not fit with the core belief. - Frantz Fanon
THE PROBLEM:
People say they want government to make things fair and equal and to protect them. Government always creates a massive power imbalance where a handful of people have power, control, and money. Everyone else is forced to obey and fund the ruling class or be fined, caged, or killed if you resist them.
Politicians are masters at using fear to pit different groups against each other until the people are begging for more laws and regulations. Those in power tell us what we should worry about, what we should fear. There solution is more government power, more control, more laws, more wars, more regulations, more people in prison, and less freedom for you.
By dividing people into different groups like democrats and republicans, rich and poor, young and old, black and white, etc... The people can be tricked into being angry at each other. While politicians on both sides benefit. People don't realize that all politicians agree that they should take your money and control your life. Politicians use the tactic of divide and conquer to keep the people at war with each other, so we do not identify the real root of the problem. Which is government and the politicians who seek to rule and rob us.
Politicians try to make it seem like there only here to serve you. But when it comes down to it, everyone knows what will happen to you if you do not pay there taxes or obey there laws. The situation really is rulers and subjects, masters and slaves. Free people don't need rulers or masters to tell them what to do. Free people do not need to be ruled. Free people are allowed to think for themselves and make there own decisions and are responsible for there own actions, good or bad.
Big government does not come about by power hungry people talking about there evil intentions. Big government comes about by power hungry people faking good intentions and winning the loyalty of good people. Then the people let these politicians create laws, rules, and regulations that they are forced to obey and the people end up losing there freedom piece by piece under the guise that is good for them. Until every industry and activity is monitored, taxed, regulated, and restricted in the name of law. Making the people unable to provide for themselves, unable to be independent, unable to be self-suffient, unable to protect themselves, and unable to trade freely with each other however they see fit.
The primary problem is not that man is inherently evil. It is that so many people are willing to tolerate, advocate, or commit violent aggression when it is done under the name of government or law. Even most good people will comply because they imagine that they have an obligation to obey government. When oppression is legalized the proud law abiding tax payers will not only tolerate it, but will fund it, condone it, and vote for it. Government only has power, wealth, and influence because the people give it to them. Stop giving it to them.
THE DEMOCRACY SCAM:
The founding fathers told the government that we are not going to obey you, pay your taxes, or do what you say. The founding fathers were considered to be criminals, traitors, and terrorists by the government back then. But today everybody cheers them for doing it and celebrates Independence day on July 4. But if people did that today, they would be treated as a dangerous lunatic and locked up.
People today imagine they have an obligation to obey government. This seems to work on most people because they do not realize how unfree they really are. The people are taught the lie that we are given the right to vote so whatever government does to you, it is really you doing it to yourself. Government tries to make this look like you have given your consent when you didn't.
The government keeps taking there money and keeps telling them what to do. They are duped into believing that they are free because they can vote and that is not what freedom is. You can vote between two people who are going to rob you and just because you get to vote for who robs you does not mean your free.
People need to realize that government does not have the right to rule. Victims of this gang called the government imagine an obligation to obey it. Government is an entity that is imagined to have the right to do things that individuals do not have the right to do. Such as steal and they call it taxation. Such as initiating violence and calling it law enforcement. Such as committing murder and calling it national defense.
Democracy is a lie given to people to trick them into believing that they have power when they don't. People have been taught to feel empowered by getting to vote for who is going to be the person robbing them. This does not empower you it empowers your new masters. Democracy is a game, a show that our government puts on so we do not have another revolution and it works. We timidly do what we are told and every four years we push a button to vote for who is going to rob us and nothing changes.
After four years people usually get fed up with the people they elected to rob them. Another guy comes along promising hope and change. So they vote for the new guy to rob them but nothing really changes. You still end up with a government that is stealing your money and telling you what you can do. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
Some people may get angry when you talk about democracy being a scam because they see that as attacking freedom or there country. But it is important to not be so blinded by your patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it. Democracy is like a slave who refuses to rebel because he does not think he is a slave.
Why not vote for freedom for a change by not electing anyone to rob us. But this idea is just too radical for some people to consider. They have been so indoctrinated there whole life into believing that they need a government to take there money and tell them what to do. It is hard for them to consider the possibility that they should be free to live there life as they see fit.
The Democracy Scam - Larken Rose
MESSAGE TO THE VOTING CATTLE:
It is hard to imagine the way the world is really the opposite of what you have been taught to believe. Government has people thrown in prison for refusing to murder innocent people and call it war. You have people, treated like criminals and sentenced to prison for trying not to be robbed by government, which is called taxation. While you see the politician who gives away the stolen money to himself and others in the name of government, as a saint.
Most people believe it is wrong to steal, but seem to think it is OK if government steals and calls it taxation. Most people believe it is wrong to murder, but seem to think it is OK if government murders and calls it war. Now if you voted for these people, are they not committing these crimes with your consent. If it is wrong for you to steal and murder, why is it not wrong when you vote for someone to steal or murder for you. If it is wrong for you to do as an individual, it is wrong for government to do.
People are taught that certain people have the right to rule you. But no one has a moral obligation to obey anyone who harms you, steals from you, threatens you, or violates your rights. People need to think for themselves. It is never OK to do something wrong just because someone in authority told you too. You can't use the excuse I was just following orders or it's the law. Your responsible for your own actions. We can do as we please within our rights, as long as we do not violate the rights of others.
The people that deserve respect are the people who work for a living. Not the politicians who earn there money by stealing money from people with real jobs. Politicians are parasites living off your hard work. They are no better then muggers, pickpockets, or car jackers. In a way they are worse because where a regular criminal may rob you once. A politician will continue to rob you for your whole life. Some people refer to these people as leaders. Where do you think your going that will require you to have a leader?
If you live your own life, mind your own business, use your own talents, pursue your own dreams, and strive to be what you should be. What possible use do you have for a leader. What would make you think that you should follow these crooks. If people live their lives and don't infringe on the rights of others, we have no need for government at all. Most of the people who violate your rights are these so called leaders. The old definition of crime was an act harmful to another person. Today a crime is whatever government says it is and it usually benefits them. The only obligation you have is to do what you think is right. Not what some political crook tells you to do.
Message to the Voting Cattle - Larken Rose
VOTING:
Does government want to rule you by forcing you to obey there laws?
Does government want to rob you by forcing you to pay there taxes?
If you get to choose between two politicians who want to rule and rob you, does that mean your free?
Does having the right to vote, mean that you are free?
TAXATION IS THEFT:
If evil were only committed by evil people then we would not be in that bad of shape. But today almost everybody thinks it is OK for you to be forcefully robbed which is called taxation. People imagine that it is a good thing if done by government. Good people condone evil because they do not recognize that it is evil. But once they realize that it is evil. They will try to stop it instead of voting for it.
Taxation is no different then a mafia protection racket. Where that gang claims to be protecting you but that same gang will harm you if you do not pay up. To steal the money that someone has earned. Is to steal his productivity, his time, and his effort. Which is the same as stealing part of his life. To steal part of a persons life is slavery. Taxation without a persons consent is theft.
Imagine getting a bill from a private business. For services you never asked for and may have never wanted. Imagine that if you do not pay whatever price this business decides. They can empty out your bank account, seize your assets, and throw you in prison. Now if any private business tried to do something like that they can end up going to prison because that would be theft. But for some reason if the government does the same exact thing. It is OK and it is called taxation.
Taxation deprives people of the money they earned, stealing there buying power, reducing there ability to provide for themselves and there families, and making them less able to support things that they care about. Taxation also forces people to fund things that go against there wishes. That conflict with there own values.
Government does not produce any wealth. What it spends it must first steal from the productive people through taxation, fines, civil forfeiture, or the hidden tax known as inflation. We are forced to pay for everything government spends money on including the IRS agents that rob us. Everything of value is created by the productive people and the political class can only steal and destroy. In short the good people have always supported the evil people and will continue to do so as long as they believe that they have an obligation to obey these crooks.
Politicians pretend to be serving you and representing you. But the politicians true attitude is obvious. They don't care what you want and they believe that they have more of a right then you on how the money you earn should be spent. By portraying mass robbery (taxation) as the people paying there fair share of the cost of society. Thieves who have legalized there theft, can convince there victims to be proud of having been robbed and to resent anyone who was not robbed. This is just another example of how politicians use the tactic of divide and conquer to keep the people at war with each other. So they do not identify the real root of the problem. Which is government and the politicians who seek to rule and rob us.
THEFT AND ROBBERY:
Is it wrong if someone takes your property without your consent (Theft)?
Is it wrong if someone is taking or attempting to take your property by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear (Robbery)?
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
YOUR THE VICTIM OF A ROBBERY!!!
Should it make a difference what color the robbers skin is?
Should it make a difference if the robbers are employed or unemployed?
Should it make a difference if the robbers are employed by the government?
Should it make a difference if the robbers are tax collectors?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ROB YOU:
Can you delegate to another human being a right that you do not have?
Can two people delegate a right to a human being that neither of them have?
Can seven million people delegate a right to a human being that none of them have?
Can someone delegate the right to steal my money to government?
Can seven million people delegate to government the right to steal my money?
Can anyone in government have a right that I do not have?
TAXATION:
Is it wrong if someone takes your property (money) without your consent (Taxation)?
Is it wrong if someone is taking or attempting to take your property by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear (Taxation)?
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
CIVIL FORFEITURE:
Cops have been seizing peoples money or property under something called civil forfeiture. Under civil forfeiture, money or property can be forfeited even if its owner has never been charged with a crime. Under civil forfeiture, police can take your money or property if they think it may be associated with some kind of crime.
Some states have strict rules about seizing peoples money or property. If the police want to avoid there own state laws they can participate in a federal program known as "equitable sharing". By partnering with a federal agency, local and state law enforcement can keep up to 80 percent of the proceeds from a forfeited property and give 20% to the federal government. By collaborating with the federal government this way the police can circumvent their own states protections for property owners.
The money and property the police seize can be spent or used mostly however they want depending on the state or local laws.
One guy let his friend use his car and his friend got pulled over and failed a driving under the influence test. So the cops kept the car for themselves under civil forfeiture, even though the car belonged to someone else who had never committed any crimes. The guy who really owned the car tried to get it back but the cops kept it anyway. They admitted the owner of the car did nothing wrong but under civil forfeiture rules they can keep it.
The police also have the option to let you buy your property back from them. The police seized a students car and sold it back to him for $7,500 dollars. Another person sent $17,500 to the police to get back his Ford F-150.
The police pull you over and they claim they smell drugs. This gives them an excuse to search your car. Even if they did not find any drugs under civil forfeiture and the federal program known as equitable sharing the police can seize your car if they want.
If you have $5,000 or more on you or in your car. The police under civil forfeiture have been seizing the money because they claim it may be used to by drugs or something. The police can't arrest you but under civil forfeiture they can take your money and keep it for themselves. The burden of proof is on you if you want to get your money back. You have to prove in some way that the money was not going to be used to buy drugs. Sometimes the cops will let you buy back your money from them or they can just keep it if they want.
Most infamously, police in Tenaha seized over $3 million from hundreds of drivers and even made cash-for-freedom deals with drivers. As The New Yorker reported last August, drivers would go to jail and their children would be handed over to foster care. Or they could sign over their cash to the city of Tenaha, and get back on the road.

CIVIL FORFEITURE - IRS Seizes Innocent Grandma's Bank Account:
Carole Hinders has worked hard at her family-owned restaurant, Mrs. Lady's Mexican Food, for 38 years. The federal government took all her money in her bank account using civil forfeiture, even though she did nothing wrong. Her life savings amounted to $33,000 dollars and the IRS took all of it. Under civil forfeiture, property can be forfeited even if its owner has never been charged with a crime. Under civil forfeiture, police can take your money or property if they think it might be associated with some kind of crime.
One morning IRS agents came to Carole Hinders house and told her they took all her money in her bank account. The IRS agents told her they think she is structuring cash. Federal law requires banks to notify the IRS whenever you deposit $10,000 or more into your account. If you deposit $10,000 there is no problem. But if you go to the bank and deposit $5,000 and then a week later you deposit another $5,000, then you have committed a crime called cash structuring. The IRS agents told her by going to the bank and making deposits less then $10,000 she was trying to evade the banks requirement to notify the IRS.
Carole Hinders family-owned restaurant does not accept credit cards, just cash. Carole Hinders does not like to keep a lot of cash around so she goes to the bank often and makes deposits. She has been doing this for 30 years at the same bank and has never gotten in trouble for putting her money in the bank before. But according to the IRS this is illegal now and they are going to keep her money. The IRS has not charged her with a crime but they said they are going to keep her life savings because there allowed to under civil forfeiture. Under civil forfeiture the government can take your money or property if they think you might have committed a crime. The burden is on you too prove to them that you did not commit a crime which is an expensive process involving you hiring lawyers and going to court.
Carole Hinders has been struggling now because she had no money to pay bills and she had to borrow from friends and max out credit cards to keep her business from going under. Now she has zero dollars to retire on.
This is one of the worse things I think you can do to a person. She is old and ready to retire and you go and steal her life savings. What makes this even worse is that the theft of this old ladies savings was done by our government which is suppose to protect her and not rob her. She wanted to keep her money safe so she deposited in a bank and then the government stole her life savings from the bank.
If an individual decided to rob this old ladies life savings most people would agree it is wrong and the person who did it is a real piece of garbage. Most individuals would never rob a old lady of her life savings. But if these same individuals work for government and there bosses tell them to rob an old ladies life savings they will do it without thinking. They will say I am just following orders or I'm just doing my job. If your job is to rob old ladies of there life savings, then you are a criminal.
For some reason if a person who is imagined to have authority tells you to do something, most people will just do it. If government tells these IRS agents to rob old ladies of there life savings, they will. These IRS agents don't see themselves as being evil but if you rob old ladies of there life savings then you are a evil criminal.
The relationship between our government and it's citizens is becoming like the relationship between a criminal and his victims. Our government has been stealing from us, disarming us, violating our individual rights and it will only get worse as time goes on. Over time government will lose more and more respect for the people and we will be in greater danger and the people will be less able to defend themselves.
How did we end up in this place? Where our government is stealing the the life savings from old ladies. We are in this place because we have let our government get away with stealing from us for a long time now. If criminals can get away with something they tend to try and get away with more and more over time. If they are not stopped then it will just get worse. It is important to stop small transgressions before the thieves become bold enough to commit big ones. Robbing old ladies of there life savings is a big transgression.
Civil Forfeiture - IRS Seizes Innocent Grandma's Bank Account
CIVIL FORFEITURE - Police steal parents home, claiming that there son sold drugs worth $40:
The police claimed there son sold $40 worth of drugs from his parents house. So the police seized the house and threw the family out on the street. The police admitted that the parents who owned the house committed no crime but someone told them that there kid sold some drugs to one of his friends from there house so therefore under civil forfeiture they are allowed to take the house and sell it and keep the money for themselves.
Police used a civil forfeiture law that allows them to seize people's property when that property might be connected to something they consider illegal. The people who lose there property do not have to be guilty of a crime or even charged with a crime. So if anyone claims they were in your house or car at some point and sold someone drugs without your knowledge. The police can come and take your house or car from you even though you did nothing wrong.
If the police catch some guy with some drugs. They can offer him a deal and say tell us who you bought the drugs from and we will let you go. So if he says this guy sold it to me from his house. It does not have to be true. But under civil forfeiture the police can now seize his house or his parents house if he lives with them.
This is just another way for government to rob people. They are not doing this because they care about you or that drugs are bad for you. They stole this family's house and threw them out on the street. This is just another way to steal your money or property. The police are allowed to sell it and keep the money for there own use.
It is not wrong to sell drugs to some guy. That is a voluntary transaction between two people. What is wrong is stealing the house of a father and mother because you claim there son sold $40 worth of drugs from the house. It is wrong to steal someones home like that. The police are stealing there home by force without the owners consent and can kill them if they resist the police who are robbing them. That is not a voluntary transaction. No one has the right to steal your property.
The government and the police are using the war on drugs as an excuse to steal your property. The war on drugs is really a war on the people. Civil Forfeiture reminds me of a line from the movie Gangs of New York when the crooked politician said the appearance of the law must be upheld, especially when we are breaking it.
Police seize parents home, claiming that there son sold drugs worth $40
CIVIL FORFEITURE - Cop Steals $22,000 From Man:
Cop pulls over victim for speeding. Cop asks victim if he has any large sums of money on him or in the car. The victim says yes that he has $22,000 to buy a car off eBay. He has a bid up for the car. Cop takes money from victim claiming that he thinks he might buy drugs with it.
The victim did have a bid on eBay to buy a car. News stations picked up this story and the victim got his money back. But if this story did not make the news. It would be unlikely that the police would have given back the money they stole.
Civil forfeiture is just a legal way for cops to rob you. The cop should be charged with armed robbery and be sent to prison. The war on drugs is being used as a excuse for the police and government to rob people and violate there rights.

OBSERVATIONS ON GUN CONTROL:
If a bad guy is running around shooting people and if you don't have a gun to defend yourself. The first thing most people do is call the police to save them. There not calling the police because they have nice hats. What there doing is calling people with guns to get the bad guy. Now the first thing politicians say is we got to have more gun control, more gun laws, more gun free zones. But what the politicians are really saying is to give them more power and you get less freedom. Now the guy running around killing people won't care if they create another gun law, gun control, or gun free zones. That won't stop him. The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun.
Some politicians reaction is we should take everyone's guns away. That does not make any sense at all. It would make as much sense as saying lets take all the cops guns away because a bad guy killed people. The good people or the cops have nothing to do with the bad guy running around killing people. So why would you take away there right to defend themselves. You would only be causing more deaths when the next bad guy with a gun shows up and no good guys have a gun.
If you want politicians to write a law that makes it illegal for anyone to own a gun. All your doing is taking away the right of good people to defend themselves because the bad guy is not going to care if you created another law that he is not going to follow. If you want just cops to have guns. What will usually happen is the bad guy comes and shoots you and after your dead the cops come and write a report about it and try to find the guy. This does not help you too much if your already dead. So if you want to make the world safer, taking guns away from good people is the worse thing you could do.
A lot of politicians don't want you to have a gun but they make the taxpayers pay for people with guns to protect themselves and there families. President Obama just signed a law giving him secret service protection for the rest of his life paid for by taxpayers. They don't want you to have a gun to defend yourself but they want you to pay for men with guns to protect them.
Gun control increases crime and gun violence. More guns equal less crime. When more good people carry guns the crime rates go down. How often do you hear of some guy walking into a police station and robbing the cops there. That does not happen because cops have guns. In interviews with prison inmates, they admitted that they avoid committing crimes against people who are armed and can defend themselves.
People who advocate gun control are advocating gun violence. Some people want a law that bans all people from having guns. Once a law like that is passed, people with guns will show up where you live to take your guns. Not because you did anything wrong but just because you own a gun. These well armed government employees will take you away and throw you in a cage and if you resist they will shoot you with there guns.
Gun control is gun violence by the government. The war on drugs is gun violence by the government. Tax collection is gun violence by the government. Every law is a threat backed by the use of deadly force by the government. Gun control is having a gang of people with guns threatening innocent people with violence, prison, or death, not because they did anything wrong, just because they are gun owners.
Government is control by force. People claim it is acceptable for government to do things that an individual would never be allowed to do. This is why governments come up with special words to obscure what they are really doing. War is mass murder. Taxation is theft. Even when government gives money to someone in need it must first steal that money from someone else. No one has the right to control others by force, even if they claim to have the majority behind them. Gun control is not about controlling guns, it is about controlling people.
If you don't like guns, then don't get one. But you should not try to take away another persons right to defend themselves. Self-ownership means not only that you own yourself, but everyone owns themselves. The best way to ensure respect for our self-ownership is to respect the rights of others. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.
If you really want to make society safer. Buy a gun, learn how to use it, and carry it with you wherever you go and be one of the good guys who has the ability to defend himself or others from bad guys. There are millions of people already who do this. They are called gun owners.

GUNS:
Why do no mass murders occur in a police station, full of people with guns?
Why do no mass murders occur in a gun store, full of people with guns?
Why do no mass murders occur in a shooting range, full of people with guns?
Why is it becoming more common to have mass murders in places with gun free zones?
Do people have the right to defend themselves?
A GOVERNMENT OF WOLVES:
If government violates your right to own and carry weapons. Then they are also violating your right to self-defense. It is almost impossible to defend yourself, your property, and your rights from armed people when you are unarmed. Once your unarmed, government will have no problem violating the rest of your rights.
Unarmed people are like sheep, and a nation of sheep will end up with a government of wolves.
When government takes away citizens right to bear arms it becomes the citizens duty to take away the governments right to govern.
- George Washington
OBSERVATIONS ON WAR:
It is only OK to go to war in defense of your country. To attack another country that has not attacked you is evil and it is also mass murder.
The greatest evil today comes from governments were people have been brain washed into believing that they have an obligation to obey and to do whatever there told to do by government. The biggest mass murders in history come from people blindly following there governments orders.
Attacking and committing mass murder on a foreign country is a form of discrimination. You would never think it is OK to murder people who live in your country but for some reason if told by government to murder people in another country, most people won't have a problem with that.
If every country believed that wars should be fought for self defense only. Then we would have no wars because no one would be attacking first. But when certain governments believe that you can attack another country that has not attacked you. That it what really causes all the wars.
Just because government is telling you to murder innocent people does not make it OK to do. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or who tells you to do it. You can't excuse evil acts by saying I was just following orders. Your a human being and you should be able to think for yourself and you should know the difference between right and wrong. You are responsible for your own actions.
PATRIOTISM:
Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it. You should never be so blinded by patriotism, that you can not see the truth. Patriotism has been used to justify some of the most horrific crimes in history. Some people believe it is OK to do just about anything if told to do it by government. They will use the excuse that they were just following orders to excuse there immoral behavior.
VICTIMLESS CRIMES:
Every time government enforces a law without a victim, the person getting arrested is the victim. If there is no victim, there is no crime. When governments punish someone for a victimless crime, they also punish society by forcing them to pay for it. If we support victimless crime laws, we are just as responsible as if we had hired someone to rob or kidnap on our behalf.
WHAT IS MORE DANGEROUS:
Has government killed or imprisoned millions of people for victimless crimes?
What is more dangerous, freedom or a government that has authority over you?
Is government the biggest threat to our freedom?
GOVERNMENT IS:
Government is control by force. The authority claimed by governments is unique because it is considered a license to use force against peaceful people. People claim it is acceptable for government to do things that an individual would never be allowed to do. This is why governments come up with special words to obscure what they are really doing. War is mass murder. Law enforcement is violence. Taxation is theft. Inflation is theft. Civil forfeiture is theft. Even when government gives money to someone in need it must first steal that money from someone else. No one has the right to control others by force, even if they claim to have the majority behind them.
CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION:
A criminal organization is a group of people who harms, steals, threatens, or violates your rights.
Do we have an obligation to obey a criminal organization?
Do we have an obligation to obey anyone who violates our individual rights?
LAW ENFORCEMENT:
Law enforcement is paid with the money that is stolen from you in the form of taxes, fines, and civil forfeiture. The relationship between law enforcement and the people is really like the relationship between a criminal and his victim. Criminals do not respect there victims. If they have no respect for you they also have no respect for your individual rights and this is why they have no problem violating your individual rights. It is a crime to violate your individual rights. A person who violates your individual rights is a criminal.
Our government has been stealing from us and disarming us and it will only get worse as time goes on. Over time government will lose more and more respect for the people and we will be in greater danger and the people will be less able to defend themselves. People wonder why law enforcement acts the way they act. They are enforcers for a criminal organization. How would you expect them to act?
CRIMINALS:
A criminal is a person who harms, steals, threatens, or violates your rights.
Do we have an obligation to obey criminals?
Do we have an obligation to obey anyone who violates our individual rights?
ASSAULT:
Assault - physically attacking another person or threatening them with a weapon.
Is it wrong when someone assaults an innocent person?
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
HARASSMENT:
Harassment - behavior which appears to be disturbing or threatening.
Is it wrong when someone harasses an innocent person?
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
POLITICIANS:
We have the right to seek leaders for ourselves but we have no right to force rulers on others. No matter how leaders are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to murder, enslave, or to steal. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves.
GOVERNMENTS DUTY:
To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed.
CITIZENS DUTY:
When government violates our individual rights it becomes the citizens duty to take away the governments right to govern.
WRONG IS WRONG, NO MATTER WHO DOES IT:
People have the irrational belief that government is allowed to do things that you can't. So the resistance in peoples minds is turned off and they think government authority is OK, logical, and reasonable. But if people would examine the cause and effect of what is really happening. They would say it is logical to resist someone who wants to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.
No matter how government employees are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves. Government should never be able to do anything you can't do. If something is wrong for you to do, it should also be wrong for government to do. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it.
THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE:
The great government lie is that it exists for the good of its victims. To obscure the truth, governments go to great lengths with propaganda intended to change the way we think and thus how we act. The greatest measure of what governments are capable of with propaganda is how much they have convinced us to identify with them so that anyone who challenges their power is seen as an enemy of the people. The most potent weapon in the hand of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed.
A government that violates your rights and commits theft, extortion, and violence, is a criminal organization. Once people realize that. They can rid themselves of the belief that they have an obligation to obey government. Then you can have free people who can decide for themselves what they can do.
DOES GOVERNMENT PROTECT OUR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS:
Should government create laws that violate our individual rights?
Should government violate our individual rights?
Should police enforce laws that violate our individual rights?
Is government the biggest violator of our individual rights?
SHOULD PEOPLE:
Should people respect your individual rights?
Should you respect the rights of others?
Do people have the right to defend themselves, there rights, and there property?
IF WE DO NOT DEFEND OUR RIGHTS:
If we let people get away with violating our rights, will we end up losing our freedom?
If we lose our freedom, are we just tax slaves?
FREEDOM OR TYRANNY:
If people live their lives and do not infringe on the rights of others, we have no need for government at all. Sure people will say "but without government who would ....". That is like saying, "if we free the slaves, where would they live and what would they do for a living?" Would they be better off out from under the slave masters yoke and determine that later. If you always say "who would ...", you will never attain true freedom. Freedom is scary as it is uncertain. I'll take uncertainty and self-determination over government tyranny any day.
THE REVOLUTION CONTINUES:
The Declaration of Independence condemned authoritarian power and empowered the individual. It argued that all people were created equal. That all people have individual rights. That our individual rights can not be taken away from us. That the main purpose of government was to help secure our individual rights. That government power came from the consent of the governed. That government could not tax us without our consent. When government violates our individual rights it becomes our duty to take away the governments right to govern.
But the revolution is not over. As long as some people claim the right to rule and others claim the right to be free, the revolution will continue. Final victory comes when people embrace the principles of true equality, non-aggression, self-ownership, and voluntarism. That is when people will truly be ready to be free.
VOLUNTARYISM:
Interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, theft, and threats.
TYRANNY:
When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear
arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
- Thomas Jefferson
FREE PEOPLE ARE ARMED PEOPLE:
Free people have the right to defend themselves, slaves do not have rights.
Free people who allow themselves to be unarmed will not remain free for long.
Unarmed people, can only flee from evil. And evil is not overcome by fleeing from it.
THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM NEVER ENDS:
Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each
generation.
- Ronald Reagan
THE PRICE OF FREEDOM:
There will always be criminals who try to violate our freedom. To remain free we have to be willing and able to defend our freedom.
LIBERTY IS NOT A BATTLE:
Liberty is not a battle that requires the conversion of others in order to win.
Liberty is won when you accept the fact that you own yourself, you have individual rights, and no one has the right to violate your freedom.
When you accept that you are liberated.
VOTE FOR FREEDOM:
Vote for freedom by not electing anyone to rule and rob you.
People can seek leaders for themselves but they have no right to force rulers on me. No one has the right to violate my freedom.
People can pay taxes if they want but they have no right to force taxes on me. No one has the right to rob me.
I own myself. I can live my life and spend my money as I see fit.
CALL TO ACTION:
Before anyone can solve a problem. They need to be made aware that there is a problem. Help promote freedom. Share this with your friends.
