SUMMARY:

The officer was charged with homicide but the jury found her not guilty because the officer thought the victim was reaching for a weapon (he had no weapon) and the officer felt her life was in danger so she felt she had no other choice but to shoot the victim twice in the back as he lay on the ground because he was being tased at the time.

The police officer in this incident was the aggressor. The officer violated this persons rights and chased him into his own back yard and then killed him. He was laying on the ground being tased and then he was shot twice in the back and he died. It is not self defense when you chase someone into there own back yard assault them and then shoot them twice in the back while they are laying on the ground. That is murder. Self defense is when you defend yourself from someone who is attacking you. David never attacked the officer.

Free people can do whatever they want within there rights as long as they do not violate the rights of others. If you have not harmed, stolen, threaten, or violated the rights of others then no one has the right to pull you over. Any law that violates your rights is null and void. Anyone that violates your rights is a criminal.

All free people are created equal and have the same rights. No human has rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to murder, enslave, or to steal. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves.

Governments true purpose is to rule and rob you. They want you to follow there rules and pay there taxes and fines and if you don't they will throw you in a cage or kill you. They are not here to protect and serve you. They are here to rule and rob you.

Government supports itself by taking peoples money without there consent with the threat of force. The government calls it taxation but it is robbery and it is a violation of your rights. Taxation is theft. Therefore government is a criminal organization.

Law enforcement is paid with the money that is stolen from you in the form of taxes. The relationship between law enforcement and the people is really like the relationship between a criminal and his victim. Criminals do not respect there victims. If they have no respect for you they also have no respect for your rights and this is why they have no problem violating your rights.

Our government has been stealing from us and disarming us and it will only get worse as time goes on. Over time government will lose more and more respect for the people and we will be in greater danger and the people will be less able to defend themselves. People wonder why law enforcement acts the way they act. They are enforcers for a criminal organization. How would you expect them to act?

Free people have the right to carry weapons to defend themselves, there property, and there rights. Free people never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against them. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, enslave you, murder you, or violate your rights. If you are not carrying a gun it will be difficult to defend yourself from criminals who do have guns.

Unarmed people are like sheep, and a nation of sheep will end up with a government of wolves.

PRINCIPLES OF FREEDOM:

1 - All people are born free, created equal, and have certain individual rights.

2 - Some of the individual rights people have are the right to: life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, defend themselves, carry weapons, privacy, free speech, and self-ownership.

3 - Individual rights cannot be taken away from people.

4 - A society built on freedom is based on the rights that all people have. People can do whatever they want within there rights as long as they do not violate the rights of others. Any law that violates your rights is null and void. Anyone that violates your rights is a criminal.

5 - People have the right to self-ownership. Self-ownership means not only that you own yourself, but everyone owns themselves. The best way to ensure respect for our self-ownership is to respect the rights of others. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.

6 - No one can claim even partial ownership over a person without violating there rights. Taxing people without there consent under the threat of force is theft and a violation of there rights. Free people get to decide for themselves how there money is spent.

7 - All interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, and threats.

8 - People have the right to carry weapons to defend themselves, there property, and there rights. We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.

9 - We have the right to seek leaders for ourselves but we have no right to force rulers on others. No matter how leaders are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to murder, enslave, or to steal. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves.

10 - To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it, abolish it, or withdraw there consent to be governed.
