Police Break Vehicle Window-and Taze Passenger Who Did Nothing Wrong

REVIEW OF INCIDENT:

Lisa was riding with her boyfriend Jamal Jones and her two children, a 14 year old boy and 7 year old girl to the hospital to see her mother, who was literally on her deathbed. Jones was sitting on the passenger side. He was not the driver and he had his seat belt on. Cops pulled Lisa over for not wearing a seat belt. Lisa gave the police all the stuff they asked for so they could give her a ticket for no seat belt. Lisa asked the police if they can write the ticket quickly because her mother is on her death bed at the hospital and that is were they are going.

So then the cops ask Jones for ID. Jones is wearing a seat belt and is not driving. He says he does not think he has any ID on him but he will check his bag. He takes off his seat belt and grabs his bag from the back seat and sticks his hand in his bag to see if he can find some ID. Then the cops pull out their guns and point them at him.

This scares Jones and everyone in the car. Jones pulls his hands out of the bag and the cops lower their guns. At this point Lisa's 14 year old son pulls out his cell phone to record what is happening. Jones asks the police if they can get a supervisor down here now. The cops tell him to get out. They just pointed guns at him and he is fears for his life. Jones is afraid to get out of the car at this point. The cops were ready to shoot him just a few seconds ago for looking for his ID. He has done nothing wrong. He is just a passenger. He does not want to get out. They tell him to get out again. Jones asks again if they can get a police supervisor to come down. The police break the window and tasered him and arrest him.

SUMMARY:

Some people think that this seat belt law is a good thing. That the police enforce it because they care about you and don't want you to get hurt. If you stop short, you might bump your head if you have no seat belt on.

The truth is this seat belt law is just another way to tax or steal money from people. Does it look like the police are concerned for the safety of the people in this car. If they were concerned about their safety, they would not have pointed guns at them. Governments true purpose is to rule and rob you. They want you to follow their rules and pay their taxes and if you don't they will throw you in a cage or kill you.

The police wrote a ticket to Lisa for not wearing a seat belt and then they ask her boyfriend for ID who is wearing a seat belt. They feel they need to know who he is. It is none of there business who he is. He broke no laws. He was wearing a seatbelt. They should just leave him alone. You don't have to carry ID with you if your just a passenger in a car. That is not a crime. Jones did not break any laws or violate anyone's rights.

Free people should really get to decide for themselves if they want to wear a seat belt or not. Only slaves can be told they have to wear a seat belt and be punished or killed if they do not listen. It is a violation of your rights for somebody to force you to wear a seat belt. Free people get to make their own decisions. Good or bad and they have to live with the consequences.

The crazy thing is Jones had a seat belt on. There is no law that states that if your just a passenger in a car you have to have ID on you or you will be arrested.

People can do whatever they want within there rights as long as they do not violate the rights of others. Any law that violates your rights is null and void. Anyone that violates your rights is a criminal. These cops are violating his rights. They are criminals.

The police threatened Jones life by pointing guns at him. All people are created equal and have the same rights. If someone threatens your life by pointing a gun at you have the right to defend yourself. If someone points a gun at those police you can bet they would not think twice to defend their life and neither should anyone else.

People have the right to carry weapons to defend their life, liberty, and property. We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us. No one has the right to use force, fraud, theft, or threats against you.

Taxation without consent is theft. Government that supports itself by stealing is a criminal organization. Law enforcement is paid with the money that is stolen from you in the form of taxes. The relationship between law enforcement and the people is really like the relationship between a criminal and his victim. Criminals do not have any respect for their victims. If they have no respect for you they also have no respect for your rights and this is why they have no problem violating your rights.

Our government has been stealing from us and disarming us and it will only get worse as time goes on. Over time government will lose more and more respect for the people and the people will be less able to defend themselves. People wonder why law enforcement acts the way they act. They are enforcers for a criminal organization. How would you expect them to act?

Unarmed people are like sheep, and a nation of sheep will end up with a government of wolves.

PRINCIPLES OF FREEDOM:

1 - All people are born free, created equal, and have certain individual rights.

2 - Some of the individual rights people have are the right to: life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, defend themselves, carry weapons, privacy, free speech, and self-ownership.

3 - Individual rights cannot be taken away from people.

4 - A society built on freedom is based on the rights that all people have. People can do whatever they want within their rights as long as they do not violate the rights of others. Any law that violates your rights is null and void. Anyone that violates your rights is a criminal.

5 - People have the right to self-ownership. Self-ownership means not only that you own yourself, but everyone owns themselves. The best way to ensure respect for our self-ownership is to respect the rights of others. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.

6 - No one can claim even partial ownership over a person without violating their rights. Taxing people without there consent under the threat of force is theft and a violation of their rights. Free people get to decide for themselves how there money is spent.

7 - All interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, theft, and threats.

8 - People have the right to carry weapons to defend their life, liberty, and property. We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.

9 - We have the right to seek leaders for ourselves but we have no right to force rulers on others. No matter how leaders are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to murder, enslave, or to steal. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves.

10 - To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it, abolish it, or withdraw there consent to be governed.
