Video - Man looking at 80 years in prison for handing a envelope to a cop

REVIEW OF VIDEO:

Disabled Army Veteran Douglas Dendinger was asked by his nephew to act as a process server for him and to hand a envelope to a police officer that had a brutality lawsuit in it. Douglas needed the money and he figured it would be an easy way to make $50 dollars and help his nephew out.

Douglas saw the officer in front of the court house surrounded by cops and lawyers. Douglas claims he walked over and handed the officer the police brutality lawsuit and went home. Twenty minutes later cops arrive at his house and arrest him. The police officer who he handed the lawsuit to claimed that Douglas Dendinger attacked him.

Douglas Dendinger's family bailed him out the next day and Douglas was not too worried because there were a bunch of cops and lawyers that witnessed him handing the officer the envelope and he figured it would all just sort itself out and he would be OK once the truth came out.

One year goes by and the District Attorney finally files changes against Douglas. He was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor. The charges were Obstruction of Justice, Battery, Intimidating a witness, and because Douglas was arrested in the past for cocaine possession and was convicted of a felony in the past. He would be considered a repeat offender and he could end up getting up to 80 years in prison. Douglas is 47 years old so this could put him in prison for the rest of his life.

There were seven witnesses backing up the officers story. Three were cops and two were assistant district attorneys who were witnesses. One of the cops was the police chief himself. They said Douglas hit the officer with violent force in the chest so hard that he was knocked back two feet.

The weird thing is Douglas attacked a cop surrounded by cops, district attorneys, and the police chief. Why did they not just arrest him there. Why go to his house 20 minutes later and then arrest him. They all claimed he ran from the scene and they were unable to catch him.

Overall this looks really bad for Douglas. Being an ex-felon and having the police chief, cops, and two district attorneys as witnesses against him attacking another police officer. He most likely will go to jail for the rest of his life. It would be hard to believe Douglas who is an ex-felon saying that all the police, lawyers, and police chief all lied about what happened and are in a conspiracy together to throw him in jail for the rest of his life for handing a cop a envelope. It just sounds like Douglas is a crazy, lying ex-felon.

Now Douglas does not think he can get a fair hearing in the town they live in because the District Attorney who filed the charges against him knows all the cops who are witnesses against him and the police chief. The two assistant district attorneys are also witnesses, work for the district attorney who filed the charges against Douglas. So Douglas wants the state court to hear the case but the district attorney does not want to do that and they go to court over that first. That takes a year draining almost all the savings that Douglas has for lawyer fees, but he wins and the case goes to the state court.

Two years have gone by now and the case is finally going to state court and Douglas is almost out of money to pay his lawyer.

Two important facts come up in court.

1 - Douglas is a disabled army vet and is unable to run. So the claim that the reason the police did not arrest him at court for attacking the officer was because he ran away and they could not catch him sounds untruthful.

2- Doug's wife was there and she filmed the whole incident on her cell phone which shows Douglas handing the officer the envelope and then walking away.

Once they see the cell phone video they drop all charges against Douglas.

OUTCOME:

Douglas filed a lawsuit against all the people that lied about him and made all those false charges against him.

SUMMARY:

It is obvious that the police chief, the cops, and the two assistant district attorneys all got together and agreed to lie about this to put this poor guy in jail for the rest of his life for handing a cop a envelope with a police brutality lawsuit in it. Think about it. They waited a year before he was charged. They had no clue his wife had cell phone video of the incident. The claim that he ran from the scene was a lie. The claim that he hit the officer knocking him back two feet was a lie.

If this cell phone video did not exist and it went to court. It is unlikely that the jury would believe an ex-felon over all the cops, lawyers, and the police chief who claimed Douglas attacked the officer. It is evil to try to put someone in prison for the rest of his life for handing a cop a envelope with a police brutality lawsuit in it. I have a feeling, people are framed all the time and end up in prison or just agree to plead guilty to something they did not do to avoid going to prison for the rest of there lives. All of the cops and lawyers that lied really should go to prison for 80 years. Which is the amount of time Douglas could have gone to prison if he did not have the cell phone video proving that they all lied to frame him.

GOVERNMENT:

Government is control by force. The authority claimed by governments is unique because it is considered a license to use force against peaceful people. People claim it is acceptable for government to do things that an individual would never be allowed to do. This is why governments come up with special words to obscure what they are really doing. War is mass murder. Taxation is theft. Even when government gives money to someone in need it must first steal that money from someone else. No one has the right to control others by force, even if they claim to have the majority behind them.

If government violates your right to own and carry firearms. Then in a way they are also violating your right to self-defense. It is almost impossible to defend yourself, your property, and your rights from armed people when you are unarmed. Once your unarmed, government will have no problem violating the rest of your rights. Unarmed people are like sheep, and a nation of sheep will end up with a government of wolves.

People need to realize that government does not have the right to rule. Victims of this gang called the government imagine an obligation to obey it. Government is an entity that is imagined to have the right to do things that individuals do not have the right to do. Such as steal and they call it taxation. Such as initiating violence and calling it law enforcement. Such as committing murder and calling it national defense.

People have the irrational belief that government is allowed to do things that you can't. So the resistance in peoples minds is turned off and they think government authority is OK, logical, and reasonable. But if people would examine the cause and effect of what is really happening. They would say it is logical to resist someone who wants to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.

If evil were only committed by evil people then we would not be in that bad of shape. But today almost everybody thinks it is OK for you to be forcefully robbed which is called taxation. People imagine that it is a good thing if done by government. Good people condone evil because they do not recognize that it is evil. But once they realize that it is evil. They will try to stop it instead of voting for it.

ONCE YOU SEE THE TRUTH ...

The great government lie is that it exists for the good of its victims. To obscure the truth, governments go to great lengths with propaganda intended to change the way we think and thus how we act. The greatest measure of what governments are capable of with propaganda is how much they have convinced us to identify with them so that anyone who challenges their power is seen as an enemy of the people. The most potent weapon in the hand of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed.

No matter how government employees are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves. Government should never be able to do anything you can't do. If something is wrong for you to do, it should also be wrong for government to do. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it.

The first step towards freedom is realizing that you do not know everything. Once you realize that you do not know everything then your mind will be more open and it will be easier for you to see the truth. Once you see the truth, you can set yourself free.

The belief in government authority creates massive theft, extortion, violence, and wars. Once people realize that government is a criminal organization. They can rid themselves of the belief that they have an obligation to obey government. Then you can have free people who can decide for themselves what they can do.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS:

- The right to liberty - The right to do whatever you want as long as your not violating the rights of others.

- The right to self-defense - The right to defend yourself, your property, and your rights.

- The right to own and carry weapons - So you can defend yourself, your property, and your rights.

- The right to self-ownership - We own ourselves. No one can claim even partial ownership over you without violating your rights.

- The right to free speech - The right to communicate your opinions and ideas without fear of government retaliation or censorship.

- The right to privacy - No one has the right to violate your privacy.

PRINCIPLES OF FREEDOM:

1 - All people are born free, created equal, and have certain individual rights.

2 - A society built on freedom is based on the rights that all people have. People can do whatever they want within there rights as long as they do not violate the rights of others. Individual rights are rights your born with and no one can legally take away from you. Any law that violates your rights is null and void. Anyone that violates your rights is a criminal.

3 - People have the right to self-ownership. Self-ownership means not only that you own yourself, but everyone owns themselves. The best way to ensure respect for our self-ownership is to respect the rights of others. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.

4 - No one can claim even partial ownership over a person without violating there rights. Taxing people without there consent under the threat of force is robbery and is a violation of our rights. Free people get to decide for themselves how there money is spent.

5 - All interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, and threats.

6 - People have the right to carry weapons to defend themselves, there property, and there rights. We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.

7 - We have the right to seek leaders for ourselves but we have no right to force rulers on others. No matter how leaders are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to murder, enslave, or to steal. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves.

8 - To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it, abolish it, or withdraw there consent to be governed.

THE FREEDOM SOLUTION:

There are two kinds of people. People who prefer big government (statists) and people who prefer freedom.

Statists want government to have a great deal of power over the economy and individual behavior.

People who prefer freedom, want to have a great deal of control over there own lives.

We should just let each group live the way they want too.

If your a person who prefers statism then you can have all the government you want, as long as you do not violate the rights of others.

If your a person who prefers freedom then you can have all the freedom you want, as long as you do not violate the rights of others.

Freedom means that people get to decide for themselves how they want to live.

LIBERTY IS NOT A BATTLE:

Liberty is not a battle that requires the conversion of others in order to win.

Liberty is won when you accept the fact that you own yourself, that you have individual rights, and no one has the right to violate your rights.

When you accept that you are liberated.
