Guy gets 120 days in prison for calling Judge a cock
Guy in court calls the Judge a cock twice and the Judge give him 60 days for each cock, for a total of 120 days in prison.
ANALYSIS:
This is a perfect example of someone who works for the government abusing their power. It is not a crime to call someone a name. If it was, there would be more people in prison then people out of prison. If someone calls you a name, they won't go to prison for 120 days. But this Judge thinks he is special and those rules do not apply to him. Which is what most criminals think, that the rules do not apply to them.
All people are suppose to be equal and treated the same.
QUESTIONS:
- Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
- Should you go to prison for 120 days for calling someone a cock?
- What is more dangerous, freedom or a government that has authority over you?
