76 Year Old Senior Citizen Gets Attacked and Tased By Young Cop
Review of Video:
The officer asked the 76 year old victim why he had an expired inspection sticker. The 76 year old victim told him it was a dealers car with dealer plates and it does not need an inspection sticker. The cop the grabs the senior citizen and slams him into the hood of the car, then throws the senior citizen on the ground, then tasers the injured 76 year old senior citizen when he is laying on the ground injured because he was unable to get up when the cop ordered him to stand.

Did the cop violate the victims individual rights? Yes
Police behavior is criminal and a violation of the victims rights.
SUMMARY:
A crime is when someone harms, steals, threatens, or violates someone rights. The victim did none of that. But the officer did and he is a criminal because he committed a crime and violated the victims rights which is also a crime. What kind of person would attack a 76 year old senior citizen like that?

- Is it fair to say, if people do not defend there rights, they will end up losing them?
- If it becomes common for people to violate your rights, have you already lost your rights?
- If a person harms, steals, threatens, or violates your rights, is he a criminal?
- Do we have an obligation to obey criminals?
- If government harms, steals, threatens, or violates your rights, is it a criminal organization?
- Do we have an obligation to obey a criminal organization?
- Does anyone have the right to claim ownership over you?
- Do you own yourself or is someone else your master?

IN CLOSING:
All people are created equal and have certain individual rights which are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Individual rights cannot be taken away. We can do as we please within our rights, as long as we do not violate the rights of others.
We have the right to self-ownership. Self-ownership means not only that you own yourself, but everyone owns themselves. The best way to ensure respect for our self-ownership is to respect the rights of others. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.
We own ourselves. No one can claim even partial ownership over you without violating your rights. Taxing people without there consent is theft and a violation of our rights.
All interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, and threats.
We have the right to defend ourselves and our property. We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.
We have the right to seek leaders for ourselves but we have no right to force rulers on others. No matter how leaders are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to murder, enslave, or to steal. We can not give them any rights that we do not have ourselves.
To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it, abolish it, or withdraw there consent to be governed.
