16 STATES NOW HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY
Constitutional carry, or permitless carry, means residents in a given state can carry their handgun for self-defense without getting a permit from the state government. In other words, the Second Amendment is your carry permit.
The 16 States that have Constitutional Carry are:

6 - Kentucky
7 - Maine
8 - Mississippi
9 - Missouri
10 - New Hampshire
11 - North Dakota
12 - Oklahoma
13 - South Dakota

15 - West Virginia
16 - Wyoming
It would be nice if the United States Constitution applied to all 50 states.
