Woman selling food at New York City subway station arrested
Police arrest woman selling food in a New York subway station without a government license. This lady has got tickets 10 times already for doing this. Some people think arresting her was wrong because she was not harming anyone. Some people think it was OK to arrest her because she broke the law.
MY ANALYSIS:
I see this as a private property issue. I don't have the right to walk into Walmart and start selling my food in there without there permission because I do not own Walmart. I do not have the right to go into David's house and start selling food out of his house without his permission because it is not my house. I don't have the right to go into the NYC subway system and start selling food in there without there permission.
