VOLUNTARY - Part 4
DEFINITIONS:
Assault - the act of inflicting physical harm or unwanted physical contact upon a person.
Consent - permission for something to happen or agreement to do something.
Force - make someone do something against their will.
Voluntary - done, made, or given willingly, without being forced.
SITUATION:
A man see's an attractive women. He punches her in the face and drags her into an ally.
QUESTIONS:
Was force used?
Was assault commited?
Was there consent?
Was this a voluntary interaction?
SUMMARY:
If something is voluntary then it is usually OK. If something is not voluntary then it is usually wrong.
