Life is better with freedom
Man exonerated, released after 22 years
Government charged Mr Berry for a crime he did not commit. The government arrested Mr Berry and put him in a cell with a criminal. Then the government told the criminal that if he tells them that Mr Berry confessed to him that he did commit this murder then we will let you go as long as you go to court and testify that Mr Berry told you he committed a murder. So of course the criminal lied and said yea Mr Berry told me he did murder, so the criminal will have the charges against him dropped and he can go free.
The real person who committed the crime got caught for murdering someone else and he confessed to being the real person who committed the murder that Mr Berry was charged with. Then they went back and asked the criminal who testified against Mr Berry and the criminal admitted that he lied so he could get out of prison. So after 22 years they let Mr Berry out of prison for a crime he never committed.
MY ANALYSIS:
Not a good idea to promise criminals that you will let them out of jail if they tell you who committed some kind of crime because they will probably just lie and tell you what you want to hear so that they can get out of prison. Under a system like this you could end up with a lot of innocent people in prison for crimes they have never committed. It is really easy to get criminals testify against you for a crime you did not commit in exchange for there freedom. It is very easy to frame innocent people for crimes they did not commit under a system like this. This is not true justice.
The government violated Mr Berry's freedom by framing him for a murder he did not commit.
NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO VIOLATE OUR FREEDOM:
No one has the right to rob me, harm me, threaten me, or violate my rights.
THE GREATEST DANGER:
Government is the most dangerous threat to mankind when those in power think they have the right to violate our freedom.

TAXATION IS THEFT:
You own yourself. No one has the right to take your money without your consent. The money we earn with our time and effort is our money. To steal the money that I earned, is to steal my time and my effort. Which is the same as stealing part of my life. To steal part of my life is slavery. Taxation without my consent is theft and it violates my right to self-ownership.
DEMOCRACY:
Democracy is a advanced form of slavery because most of the people who are being enslaved and robbed do not realize it.

NOT A GOOD IDEA:
The idea that we need to give a group of people permission to forcibly rob and control us so they can protect us from those who might forcibly rob and control us is ridiculous. Yet, most people believe that, they believe that we need government, the biggest thug and thief around, to protect us from thugs and thieves.

SELF-OWNERSHIP:
Self-ownership is an important part of being human. You own yourself. You own your body. You own your labor. For anyone to assert otherwise is to attempt to restrict your freedom or make you a slave. Without self-ownership, there is no freedom.
FREEDOM IS NOT A BATTLE:
Freedom is not a battle that requires the conversion of others in order to win. Freedom is won when you accept the fact that you own yourself.
FREEDOM:
Because you own yourself, it is wrong for someone to initiate force against you or your property. This non-aggression principle (NAP) applies to everyone, and it is therefore wrong for someone to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights. Interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, and threats.
THE FREEDOM SOLUTION:
Freedom means that we get to decide for ourselves how we want to live. We can do what we want, as long as we do not violate the rights of others.
VOTE FOR FREEDOM:
Vote for freedom by not electing anyone to rule and rob you. People can seek leaders for themselves but they have no right to force rulers on me. People can pay taxes if they want but they have no right to force taxes on me. No one has the right to rob me. I own myself. I can live my life and spend my money as I see fit.
