Freedom matters

Every Week Gets More Orwellian...

THE PROBLEM

People say they want government to make things fair and equal and to protect them. Government always creates a massive power imbalance where a handful of people have power, control, and money. Everyone else is forced to obey and fund the ruling class or be fined, caged, or killed if you resist them.

Politicians are masters at using fear to pit different groups against each other until the people are begging for more laws and regulations. Those in power tell us what we should worry about, what we should fear. There solution is more government power, more control, more laws, more wars, more regulations, more people in prison, and less freedom for you.

By dividing people into different groups like democrats and republicans, rich and poor, young and old, black and white, etc... The people can be tricked into being angry at each other. While politicians on both sides benefit. People don't realize that all politicians agree that they should take your money and control your life. Politicians use the tactic of divide and conquer to keep the people at war with each other, so we do not identify the real root of the problem. Which is government and the politicians who seek to rule and rob us.

Politicians try to make it seem like there only here to serve you. But when it comes down to it, everyone knows what will happen to you if you do not pay there taxes or obey there laws. The situation really is rulers and subjects, masters and slaves. Free people don't need rulers or masters to tell them what to do. Free people do not need to be ruled. Free people are allowed to think for themselves and make there own decisions and are responsible for there own actions, good or bad.

The Problem

DECLARATION OF FREEDOM:

1 - All people are born free, created equal, and have individual rights.
2 - We never have an obligation to let anyone commit aggression against us.
3 - All Interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, and threats.

NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT:

1 - No one has the right to rob me.
2 - No one has the right to harm me.
3 - No one has the right to threaten me.
4 - No one has the right to violate my rights.
5 - No one has the right to violate my freedom.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS:

1 - The right to liberty - I can do what I want, as long as I do not violate the freedom of others.
2 - The right to self-defense - I can defend myself, my property, and my individual rights.
3 - The right to own and carry weapons - So I have the ability to defend myself, my property, and my rights.
4 - The right to self-ownership - I own myself. No one can claim even partial ownership over me without violating my freedom.
5 - The right to free speech - I can communicate my opinions and ideas without fear of government retaliation or censorship.
6 - The right to privacy - No one has the right to violate my privacy.

FREEDOM:

Freedom is the ability to exercise my will within my rights without the threat of force from anyone else.

VIOLATION OF FREEDOM:

A violation of freedom is an attack on a person by harming them, threatening them, stealing from them, or violating there individual rights.

Because we own ourselves, it is wrong for someone to initiate force against us or our property.

ROBBERY:

Robbery - taking or attempting to take your money or property by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear.
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ROB ME:

Can you delegate to another human being a right that you do not have?
Can two people delegate a right to a human being that neither of them have?
Can seven million people delegate a right to a human being that none of them have?
Can someone delegate the right to steal my money to government?
Can seven million people delegate to government the right to steal my money?
Can anyone in government have a right that I do not have?

TAXATION IS THEFT:

Theft - someone takes my money or property without my permission or consent.

Taxation without consent is theft.

YOUR THE VICTIM OF A ROBBERY!!!

Should it make a difference what color the robbers skin is?
Should it make a difference if the robbers are employed or unemployed?
Should it make a difference if the robbers are employed by the government?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?

TAXATION IS SLAVERY:

To steal the money that I earned, is to steal my productivity, my time, and my effort.
Which is the same as stealing part of my life. To steal part of my life is slavery.

VOTING:

No one has the right to vote away my freedom.

DEMOCRACY VS FREEDOM:

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Freedom is a armed sheep contesting the vote.

THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM NEVER ENDS:

There will always be criminals who try to violate our freedom.
To remain free we have to defend our freedom.

FREE PEOPLE ARE ARMED PEOPLE:

Free people have the right to defend themselves, slaves do not have rights.

Free people who allow themselves to be unarmed will not remain free for long.

Unarmed people, can only flee from evil. And evil is not overcome by fleeing from it.

TYRANNY:

When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
- Thomas Jefferson

FREEDOM OR TYRANNY:

If people live their lives and do not infringe on the rights of others, we have no need for government at all. Sure people will say "but without government who would ....". That is like saying, "if we free the slaves, where would they live and what would they do for a living?" Would they be better off out from under the slave masters yoke and determine that later. If you always say "who would ...", you will never attain true freedom. Freedom is scary as it is uncertain. I'll take uncertainty and self-determination over government tyranny any day.

THE REVOLUTION CONTINUES:

The Declaration of Independence condemned authoritarian power and empowered the individual. It argued that all people were created equal. That all people have individual rights. That our individual rights can not be taken away from us. That the main purpose of government was to help secure our individual rights. That government power came from the consent of the governed. That government could not tax us without our consent. When government violates our individual rights it becomes our duty to take away the governments right to govern.

But the revolution is not over. As long as some people claim the right to rule and others claim the right to be free, the revolution will continue. Final victory comes when people embrace the principles of true equality, non-aggression, self-ownership, and voluntarism. That is when people will truly be ready to be free.

The Revolution Continues

LIBERTY IS NOT A BATTLE:

Liberty is not a battle that requires the conversion of others in order to win.
Liberty is won when you accept the fact that you own yourself and no one has the right to violate your freedom.
When you accept that you are liberated.

VOTE FOR FREEDOM:

Vote for freedom by not electing anyone to rule and rob you.

People can seek leaders for themselves but they have no right to force rulers on me. No one has the right to violate my freedom.

People can pay taxes if they want but they have no right to force taxes on me. No one has the right to violate my freedom.

I own myself. I can live my life and spend my money as I see fit.
