Cops Beat And Arrest Man For Filming Them
The victim is walking his two small dogs and the police pull over a person in a car right in front of him. The police tell the driver they are giving him a ticket because he did not stop at a stop sign. The victim hears this and tells the driver of the car that he witnessed the whole thing and he did see the driver stop at the stop sign and if he wants to contest the ticket in court he will be a witness.
The cops over hear the victim say this to the driver and they ask the victim for his I.D. The victim gives the cops his I.D. and the cops write him a ticket for interference. Then the cop hands back the victim his I.D. and a ticket. The victim starts to film the police. Then the police say your under arrest. The victim is like you can't arrest me for filming you and then the cops assault him and arrest him and charge him with resisting arrest.
OUTCOME:
The lawyers for the police dropped all charges against the victim and released him from jail. The only reason that the lawyers for the police would drop all charges against the victim is because they known he did nothing wrong and that it was a illegal arrest.
MY ANALYSIS:
We all are human beings and we all are created equal and we all have the same rights. It would be wrong for a person to walk up to a cop and attack him and kidnap him because his police car has a camera in it that records people in public. It is also wrong for a cop to arrest and kidnap a person for filming him in public. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
False arrest - arresting someone for doing something within there rights.
The real reason this guy was arrested was because he pissed off the cops. The victim did not commit a crime and that's why all the charges against him were dropped. It was not a lawful arrest.
The cops committed the crime of false arrest.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Resisting arrest - occurs when a person interferes with a law enforcement officer's attempt to perform a lawful arrest.
If you committed no crime and the police decide to arrest you anyway. That would be a unlawful arrest so the police should not charge you with resisting arrest because the arrest was not lawful in the first place.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Kidnapping - take someone away illegally by force.
The cops committed the crime of kidnapping.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Assault - physically attacking another person or threatening them with a weapon.
The police do not have the right to assault someone because they are resisting a illegal arrest or because they filmed you.
The cops committed the crime of assault.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Extortion - the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.
Robbery - is the crime of taking or attempting to take anything of value by force or threat of force or by putting the victim in fear.
The police were in the middle of giving someone a ticket for not stopping at a stop sign, demanding money from that person. The police were committing a robbery. Just because your a cop does not give you the right to rob people.
The cops committed the crimes of extortion and robbery.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just because your a cop does not give you the right to act like a criminal.
A government that violates your rights and commits theft, extortion, and violence, is a criminal organization. The job of the police (law enforcement officers) is to enforce the laws the politicians make. If people keep on voting for politicians to rule and rob them, then this will continue to happen.
LAW ENFORCEMENT:
Law enforcement is paid with the money that is stolen from you in the form of taxes, fines, and civil forfeiture. The relationship between law enforcement and the people is really like the relationship between a criminal and his victim. Criminals do not respect there victims. If they have no respect for you they also have no respect for your individual rights and this is why they have no problem violating your individual rights. It is a crime to violate your individual rights. A person who violates your individual rights is a criminal.
Our government has been stealing from us and disarming us and it will only get worse as time goes on. Over time government will lose more and more respect for the people and we will be in greater danger and the people will be less able to defend themselves. People wonder why law enforcement acts the way they act. They are enforcers for a criminal organization. How would you expect them to act?
WRONG IS WRONG, NO MATTER WHO DOES IT:
People have the irrational belief that government is allowed to do things that you can't. So the resistance in peoples minds is turned off and they think government authority is OK, logical, and reasonable. But if people would examine the cause and effect of what is really happening. They would say it is logical to resist someone who wants to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights.
No matter how government employees are selected they are only human beings and they have no rights or claims that are higher then those of any other human. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your rights. We can not give people any rights that we do not have ourselves. Government should never be able to do anything you can't do. If something is wrong for you to do, it should also be wrong for government to do. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it.
TYRANNY:
When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
- Thomas Jefferson
People say they want government to make things fair and equal and to protect them. Government always creates a massive power imbalance where a handful of people have power, control, and money. Everyone else is forced to obey and fund the ruling class or be fined, caged, or killed if you resist them.
Politicians are masters at using fear to pit different groups against each other until the people are begging for more laws and regulations. Those in power tell us what we should worry about, what we should fear. There solution is more government power, more control, more laws, more wars, more regulations, more people in prison, and less freedom for you.
By dividing people into different groups like democrats and republicans, rich and poor, young and old, black and white, etc... The people can be tricked into being angry at each other. While politicians on both sides benefit. People don't realize that all politicians agree that they should take your money and control your life. Politicians use the tactic of divide and conquer to keep the people at war with each other, so we do not identify the real root of the problem. Which is government and the politicians who seek to rule and rob us.
Politicians try to make it seem like there only here to serve you. But when it comes down to it, everyone knows what will happen to you if you do not pay there taxes or obey there laws. The situation really is rulers and subjects, masters and slaves. Free people don't need rulers or masters to tell them what to do. Free people do not need to be ruled. Free people are allowed to think for themselves and make there own decisions and are responsible for there own actions, good or bad.

VIOLATION OF FREEDOM:
A violation of freedom is an attack on a person by harming them, threatening them, stealing from them, or violating there individual rights.
Because we own ourselves, it is wrong for someone to initiate force against us or our property.
Any law that violates our freedom is null and void. Anyone that violates our freedom is a criminal.
LIBERTY IS NOT A BATTLE:
Liberty is not a battle that requires the conversion of others in order to win.
Liberty is won when you accept the fact that you own yourself and no one has the right to violate your freedom.
When you accept that you are liberated.
EXTORTION AND ROBBERY:
Extortion - the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.
Robbery - taking or attempting to take your money or property by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear.
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ROB YOU:
Can you delegate to another human being a right that you do not have?
Can two people delegate a right to a human being that neither of them have?
Can seven million people delegate a right to a human being that none of them have?
Can someone delegate the right to steal my money to government?
Can seven million people delegate to government the right to steal my money?
Can anyone in government have a right that I do not have?
TAXATION IS THEFT:
Theft - someone takes your money or property without your permission or consent.
Taxation without consent is theft.
TAXATION IS SLAVERY:
To steal the money that you earned, is to steal your productivity, your time, and your effort.
Which is the same as stealing part of your life. To steal part of your life is slavery.
VOTING:
No one has the right to vote away your freedom.
DEMOCRACY VS FREEDOM:
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Freedom is a armed sheep contesting the vote.
FREE PEOPLE ARE ARMED PEOPLE:
Free people have the right to defend themselves, slaves do not have rights.
Free people who allow themselves to be unarmed will not remain free for long.
Unarmed people, can only flee from evil. And evil is not overcome by fleeing from it.
THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM NEVER ENDS:
Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction.
It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation.
- Ronald Reagan
THE PRICE OF FREEDOM:
There will always be criminals who try to violate our freedom.
To remain free we have to defend our freedom.
That is the price of freedom.
VOTE FOR FREEDOM:
People can seek leaders for themselves but they have no right to force rulers on you. No one has the right to violate your freedom.
People can pay taxes if they want but they have no right to force taxes on you. No one has the right to violate your freedom.
Vote for freedom by not electing anyone to rule and rob you. You own yourself. You can live your life and spend your money as you see fit.
