Video: Disabled woman sues airport, TSA after bloody scuffle

The victim is a 19 year old woman who is a cancer patient with a brain tumor. The victim was going to the hospital to get her brain tumor treated. The victim is is partially deaf, blind in one eye, partly paralyzed, and easily confused. She was there with her mother. The victim was unarmed but when she walked thru the scanner, it went off. So two TSA agents grabbed her and she did not know what was going on and she tried to resist them. The victims mother said let me talk to her to explain what is going on because she is partially deaf, blind in one eye, partly paralyzed, and easily confused. But the TSA would not let the mother speak to her daughter to explain what was happening. Then the TSA agents slam the victim down on the ground head first and crack her head open. Then the TSA calls the police and has her arrested and thrown in jail. The victim has been released from jail and all charges against her have been dropped.

MY ANALYSIS:

This kind of behavior from the TSA does not really surprise me. Since the government has taken over airport security you can expect more stuff like this to happen. The government is becoming more like a slave master and the citizens are becoming more like slaves and that is why the government feels it can treat us any way they want. The more government grows the less freedom we will have and the greater danger we are in.

TYRANNY:

When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
- Thomas Jefferson

DECLARATION OF FREEDOM:

- No one has the right to violate our freedom.
- All people are born free, created equal, and have individual rights.
- All Interactions between people should be voluntary and free of force, fraud, theft, and threats.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS:

- The right to liberty - We can do what we want, as long as we do not violate the freedom of others.
- The right to self-defense - We can defend ourselves, our property, and our individual rights.
- The right to own and carry weapons - So we have the ability to defend ourselves, our property, and our rights.
- The right to self-ownership - We own ourselves. No one can claim even partial ownership over you without violating your freedom.
- The right to free speech - We can communicate our opinions and ideas without fear of government retaliation or censorship.
- The right to privacy - No one has the right to violate our privacy.

FREEDOM:

Freedom is the ability to exercise your will within your rights without the threat of force from anyone else.

LIBERTY IS NOT A BATTLE:

Liberty is not a battle that requires the conversion of others in order to win. Liberty is won when you accept the fact that you own yourself and no one has the right to violate your freedom. When you accept that you are liberated.

VIOLATION OF FREEDOM:

A violation of freedom is an attack on a person by harming them, threatening them, stealing from them, or violating there individual rights. Because we own ourselves, it is wrong for someone to initiate force against us or our property. If somebody is forcing their will on us, then we are not free.

No one has the right to violate our freedom. Any law that violates our freedom is null and void. Anyone that violates our freedom is a criminal.

THEFT AND ROBBERY:

Is it wrong if someone takes your money or property without your permission or consent (Theft)?
Is it wrong if someone is taking or attempting to take your money or property by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear (Robbery)?
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for the government to do?
Is it fair to say, wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ROB YOU:

Can you delegate to another human being a right that you do not have?
Can two people delegate a right to a human being that neither of them have?
Can seven million people delegate a right to a human being that none of them have?
Can someone delegate the right to steal my money to government?
Can seven million people delegate to government the right to steal my money?
Can anyone in government have a right that I do not have?

TAXATION IS THEFT:

Theft - is the taking of another person's money or property without that persons permission or consent.

Taxation without consent is theft. No one has the right to rob you. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it.

To steal the money that you earned, is to steal your productivity, your time, and your effort. Which is the same as stealing part of your life. To steal part of your life is slavery. Taxation violates our right to self-ownership. No one can claim even partial ownership over you without violating your freedom.

A government that supports itself thru theft and robbery is really a criminal organization and we have no obligation to obey a criminal organization.

VOTING:

No one has the right to vote away your freedom.

VOTE FOR FREEDOM:

Vote for freedom by not electing anyone to rule and rob you. People can seek leaders for themselves but they have no right to force rulers on me. People can pay taxes if they want but they have no right to force taxes on me. No one has the right to rob me. I own myself. I can live my life and spend my money as I see fit.

DEMOCRACY VS FREEDOM:

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Freedom is a armed sheep contesting the vote.

THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM NEVER ENDS:

Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation.
- Ronald Reagan

THE PRICE OF FREEDOM:

There will always be people who try to violate our freedom. To remain free we have to be willing and able to defend our freedom.

FREE PEOPLE ARE ARMED PEOPLE:

- Free people have the right to defend themselves, slaves do not have rights.
- Free people who allow themselves to be unarmed will not remain free for long.
- Unarmed people can only flee from evil. And evil is not overcome by fleeing from it.
