NYPD cop arrested for Extorting restaurant owner
REVIEW OF INCIDENT:
Cop got caught and was arrested for working with gangsters to extort money from a restaurant owner.
ANALYSIS OF THE POLICE ACTIONS:
Did the cop harm, steal, or threaten anyone? Yes
Did the cop violate the victims individual rights? Yes
Police behavior is criminal.
SUMMARY:
This cop got arrested for doing the same exact thing that our government does to all taxpayers. This cop was making this restaurant owner hand over some of his income to him under the threat of harm that would come to him if he did not hand over the money. This is exactly what the government does and calls it taxation. The government makes you hand over some of your income under the threat of harm that would come to you if you do not hand over that money. People should not be so blind with patriotism that they can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it. No individual or government has the right to steal your money.
All people are created equal and have certain individual rights which are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Individual rights cannot be taken away. We can do as we please within our individual rights, as long as we do not violate others individual rights. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your individual rights.
People have the irrational belief that government is allowed to do things that you can't. So the resistance in peoples minds is turned off and they think government authority is OK, logical, and reasonable. But if people would examine the cause and effect of what is really happening. They would say it is logical to resist someone who is trying to have authority over you and is using it in such a way that you do not agree with it.
If evil were only committed by evil people then we would not be in that bad of shape. But today almost everybody thinks it is OK for you to be forcefully robbed which is called taxation. People imagine that it is a good thing if done by government. Good people condone evil because they do not recognize that it is evil. But once they realize that it is evil. They will try to stop it instead of voting for it.
If something is wrong for a individual to do, should it also be wrong for government to do?
Can you delegate to another human being a right that you do not have?
Can two people delegate a right to a human being that neither of them have?
Can seven million people delegate a right to a human being that none of them have?
Can someone delegate the right to steal my money to government?
Can seven million people delegate to government the right to steal my money?
Can anyone in government have a right that I do not have?
Is taxing individuals without there consent theft and a violation of our individual rights?
Does anyone have the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your individual rights?
Do we have an obligation to obey criminals?
Do we have an obligation to obey a criminal organization?
Do we have an obligation to obey government?
Is government allowed to create laws that violate our rights?
Is government allowed to take away our rights?
Is government allowed to violate our rights?
Would it be true to say that wrong is wrong, no matter who does it?
If you get to vote between two people who are going to rob you, does that mean your free?
Does having the right to vote, mean that you are free?
Does anyone have the right to steal from you?
Is it is wrong to steal but if you call it taxation then is it OK?
Should you be able to spend your paycheck as you see fit?
Does someone have the right to claim partial ownership over you?
Do you own yourself or is someone else your master?
Is government the biggest violator of our individual rights?
Is the biggest threat to our freedom government?
Would it be fair to say that some laws actually violate peoples rights?
Has government killed or imprisoned millions of people for victim-less crimes?
If a person is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, is he a criminal?
If government is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, is it a criminal organization?
