Girl says adios to judge so he doubles her bail

So an 18 year old Spanish girl is in court because she was arrested for having Xanax (a prescription anti-anxiety medication). The judge asks her how much money she makes and she says $200 per week which is $10,400 per year. Judge sets bail for $5,000. Then judge says bye-bye and the girl says adios (which means goodbye in Spanish). Then judge gets angry and doubles her bail to $10,000. The girl is shocked that he just doubled her bail amount for no reason. She gives the judge the middle finger and calls him a jackass. Then he sentences her to 30 days in jail.

ANALYSIS OF VICTIMS ACTIONS:

Did the victim harm, steal, or threaten anyone by having Xanax? No
Did the victim violate anyone's individual rights by having Xanax? No

No crime committed by victim. Her rights were violated. She should never have been arrested. Violation of her right to liberty.

ANALYSIS OF THE JUDGES ACTIONS:

Did the judge harm, steal, or threaten anyone? Yes
Did the judge violate her individual rights? Yes

Judge behavior is criminal and he violated her rights.

SUMMARY:

I did not really understand why the judge set her bail for $5,000 and says bye-bye to her and she says adios and then he is like call her back and then he doubles the bail to $10,000. Then I thought about it and when he said to her bye-bye. He meant it as a insult and I don't think she realized it and she said adios. So the judge got pissed off and doubled her bail for saying adios. Not only is this judge a criminal but he truly is a piece of garbage. Of course she is going to be upset so she calls him a jackass and gives him the middle finger and he sentences her to 30 days in jail. First her rights get violated by the police and then this judge.

All people are created equal and have certain individual rights which are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Individual rights cannot be given away or taken away. We can do as we please within our individual rights, as long as we do not violate others individual rights. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your individual rights.

If government is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, it is a criminal organization. If a person is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, he is a criminal.
