REVIEW OF INCIDENT:

Lady feels she is too drunk to drive home so she wants to sleep it off in her car and not drive home drunk. A police officer see's her sleeping in her car and he wakes her up and arrests her for driving under the influence. She is a 47 year old mother of two who has never been in trouble with the law before. The police officer brings her to a prison cell and pushes her face first into the concrete bed, breaking her eye socket and some of the bones in her face. A lot of blood was coming out of her face. She now has a metal plate in her face.

Police behavior is criminal.


OUTCOME:

The police officer quit his job and pleaded guilty to official misconduct and was sentenced to 2 years probation. No prison time.


SUMMARY:

All people are created equal and have certain individual rights which are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Individual rights cannot be given away or taken away. We can do as we please within our individual rights, as long as we do not violate others individual rights. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your individual rights.

If government is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, it is a criminal organization. If a person is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, he is a criminal.

To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it, abolish it, or withdraw their consent to be governed.
