Father hiking with son arrested for having a gun
Father is walking down the road with son doing a 10 mile hike for the kids boy scout thing. The father has a long gun with a strap which is slung on his shoulder. Cop pulls up beside him grabs him and the weapon and pushes him up against the cop car and cuffs him. Cop says he is doing this because he wants to find out if he can have a gun and that cops have the right to disarm you. Cop says he felt threatened so we can disarm you. The father is like well I feel threatened by you guys with your guns. Cop says we are exempt from the law. The father tells them that what they are doing is wrong and he is going to file a complaint. Then they arrest him for resisting arrest and they put him in the police car while his little boy starts crying. The father tells his son it is OK for him to go with the police, they are not bad people unless you embarrass them.

SUMMARY:
All people are created equal and have certain individual rights which are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Individual rights cannot be given away or taken away. We can do as we please within our individual rights, as long as we do not violate others individual rights. No one has the right to harm you, steal from you, threaten you, or violate your individual rights.
To help secure our individual rights, governments may be created, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it, abolish it, or withdraw there consent to be governed.
If government is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, it is a criminal organization. If a person is harming you, stealing from you, threatening you, or violating your rights, he is a criminal.
